Is it just me being old and out of touch, but does the idea of sites like Blippy and Swipely where you share with your "friends" what you buy and where just seem really stupid? I am really not interested in what people spend their money on.

I *nearly* have one since I was once filmed by Adam Buxton who has a Bacon number of 2, but I wasn't actually in a film with him so it doesn't count. The thing I was filmed for was a pilot that never got shown but did have someone well known in it (not Buxton, somoen whose name I can't recall), that probably doesn't count either though.

Cadillac Sky on the bluegrass radio - simply amazing. Not heard of them of before I don't think. That sort of thing is so often the kiss of death, but they may of course have become even better.

What a boon 3G and the iPhone (or similar) is : nothing on the wireless coming home so I just listened to Steel Radio on the net. No dropouts or buffering or anything. Perfect.
