I heard some of the new Eric Clapton album on saturday - sounds fantastic. I am not a huge EC fan but this is just covers of Robert Johnson songs and everyone sounds as though they are having a great time. Went looking for it in the shops but of course it wasn't released till today. *sigh*
Sounds promising. Clapton is a master of arranging songs for a single acoustic guitar - the version of "Key to the Highway" on his last album is spot-on.

it isn't solo guitar as it isn't slavish copies of RJ - there may be solo tracks on it but the ones I heard were all band tracks. "Red Hot" was a standout.
