Just fiddling around with CSS. Non-IE users will see the buttons fixed at the top right. IE-users : what on earth are you doing running IE???????
They look a bit wobbly (Safari) Have you got some stray chars in your html?

unlike bad javascript menu's I've seen, this really IS static. Its frighteningly like frames but its not frames. Its nicer than having javascript re-re-re-draw the bloody thing as you slide along. did you cadge it off somebody else?

Bog standard CCS2 - position : fixed; Doesn't work in IE and in fact IE does all the wrong things. But there is a hack that avoids the issue with IE where it appears as it always did.
