My brother was on this flight. His comment : "the pilot had noticed problems with the engine one hour after take off" - hah! It was like the whole plane was driving over cobbles, not to mention the sheet of flame out the engine...
i thought i had it bad. <br /> my flight the other day from NYC to SF had to make an unscheduled landing in denver because all three toilets on the plane were clogged.

Note how the press photo avoids showing the grilled engine... Nothing happened here folks, move along. Their definition of "something" is a catastrophe which would bring out the media sharks for a feeding frenzy. Thankfully for you and your brother, the press were not handed an "event".
