It's both apparently, but only if you check them a lot. Some people are becoming obsessed with checking their phones and emails and have been branded "Infomaniacs" (i'm not sure by who).<br> <br> This is meant to be worse for your IQ than losing a nights sleep or smoking weed.

Watching guys at work try to function after a big 'ole lunchtime fatty points up, to me, that the only thing more damaging than dope is a brick to the temple. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem with pot, it's pot smokers I can't really abide. If I offend, well.......lighten up dude!

This study is the stupidest fucking thing I have ever heard. First, IQ is just a theory. There is no IQ lobe of the brain. Second, show me the ratio of brain damage/impaired function from an email user to a non email user. Thirdly, cannabis doesn't make you stupid, how can it? No study of any scientific value has said this. It impairs memory.. that's about it. <br> <br> Well, this study <span style="font-style: italic;">was</span> the stupidest thing I ever read until John Weeks' comment. John, perhaps <span style="font-style: italic;">you</span> should lighten up. Maybe a fatty would do you good.

Chy, I got news for you, A fatty before labor or heavy thinking WILL fuckin' impair you. If you don't see my point then.....well You just need to open your eyes. C'mon, what's the big rush to defend cannibis anyway? There isn't another drug out there you'd defend as being without negative side affects, why stop here? Be honest, the vast majority of folks who work high, work slower high. There response time is slower and they are more often than not lwess of an asset to a team. Really, take a chill pill. No one is telling you you can't smoke a big hog leg, they're just telling you you can't drive the school bus.

Actually John, there is a body of work that shows that smoking cannabis actually improves performance of certain tasks (I don't have a reference - I read about this many years ago.) Not driving the school bus for sure, but they were tasks requiring skill

Lindsay, I'm really not trying to be contentious and I know that everyone reacts to drugs differently, but, have either one of you guys ever smoked dope before? I mean, the whole point of smokin' a fatty IS the side effects! Certainly there are people out there who turn into wonderworkers while high, but how is it that most of my friends and I agree that we really can't smoke it and work efficiently at the same time? jeez, don't you remember ever turning into a blithering idiot while high?
