Man, now that's a 'sandwich'.

What I want to see these mega-eaters try is a HUUUGE vegetarian meal. All of the 'big sandwich' dealios involve meat. I bet they couldn't do it with veggies.

fuckers.

/ex-meat-eater pout

I make my own pizza at least twice a week. I like to substitute hummus for tomato sauce. For a quick hummus, I use canned garbanzo beans. (which I love by the handful) Give this recipe a try:
combine garbanzos, artichoke hearts, (I use the marinated in olive oil variety) garlic, lemon juice,
salt & pepper, in the food processor; process until mixture is smooth, then drizzle olive oil ( I use the oil from the artichokes jar)into the mixture; process till combined. chill for an hour or so to allow flavors to
blend, then spread on to the pizza dough. add the rest of your toppings and blah, blah, blah.......blah.
oh! artichoke hearts as a topping, also, with sun dried tomatoes. oh! oh! and provolone instead of mozzarella. OH!! and. . . . .
