There was one of these directly adjacent to my High School (LA-73) according to this guy (<a href="http://ed-thelen.org/loc-c.html#California) They">http://ed-thelen.org/loc-c.html#California) They</a> would hold drills during school hours, which at the same time was considered normal. Now,if it were still there, I think I'd freak. The soldiers stationed there could often be seen watching the girls during their phys. ed. classes.
