Tonight I made a ratatouille of courgettes, yellow tomatoes and artichoke hearts. I added a teaspoonful of ginger cordial to it which gave it an interesting kick. Served with lemon flavoured pitta bread and green lentils cooked with onions garlic and mushrooms, I added sage to this as well as cumin, ginger and turmeric and P. said that it tasted like stuffing to her, but I liked it.



And the "Bif Riv" bistro opens when?
