How the hell can you ban otters from their native habitats?<br> Obviously, the otters are saying, "fuck you."<br> Why don't they ban those asshole shell divers and fishermen? They're depleting natural resources, anyway, and that should be banned.

Saw one up close at the Vancouver aquarium last week. They are, like the beaver, proud and noble animals, with a sense of humor too.
