Ryanair have only 6 people working in customer service. That's 1 for every 2.5 million customers.
Not quite as shocking as charging a passenger 18GPB because he needed to use a wheel chair to get from the checkin desk to the gate!

I used Ryan Air 2 times for a vacation to the Carribean (no choice, it was a charter flight through a package plan)... and one time my flight was a day late... due to (of course) overbooking. The other time it was 3 hours late leaving.<br /> <br /> RyanAir sucks. Fly Air Mexicana. They rule.
