Those shades (i'm hesitant to label them sunglasses) are Oakley OverTheTops, most famously worn by the Trinidad and Tobago 4x100m mens relay team at the sydney olympics... I've never seen a "real" person wearing them, but there's an optician in Newcastle who sells them.
