It's a BK Holiday - I'm not familiar with the context behind this. Is it an ad or something?
Something similar (non-Holiday) was making the rounds a few months back. I guess we Americans just find it funny because it hits so close to home. Meaning that the service in our fast food joints is pretty much handled by kids like this who are the future of our country...and that future ain't bright!!
