Made mince pies today - so rich that they practically fall apart if you breathe on them. Rather nice when crumbled into good quality vanilla ice cream. I was going make lebkuchen from a recipe someone just gave me, but you have to cure the dough in the fridge for 48 hours, and then leave them in a tin for two weeks before you can eat them.
