Millette Gun Rests "For disabled hunters with a shoot from vehicle permit" What?
"Shoot from vehicle permit" here in Michigan it allows disabled hunters who can otherwise not get into the woods to have the opportunity to hunt from their vehicle. In Michigan this is restricted to non-moving vehicles, and is most often used in conjunction with an ATV rather than an automobile/pickup truck.
