I just saw a quote from someone from the "Jill Dando Institute of Crime Science" which I assume is not as bogus as the name sounds. After all these years I am still not clear who Jill Dando was.
I think I was holidaying in the UK and caught all the press at the time she was murdered, so for some daft reason this Aussie remembers her name...<br> <br>
