Hmm, I think I have promoted smoked cheese to join pineapple in the "things that should not appear on pizzas" club.
But pineapple and smoked cheese is my favourite pizza!

I'm afraid that the Samoan does not appeal - pineapple on a pizza is an unforgiveable sin. I've never seen gravy or sausages on a pizza, though that doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. Pizzas made with a curry sauce rather than a tomato sauce are good.

Saw a pizza for sale in turkey which was ham, pineapple and banana, not sure whether thats better or worse.
