When I read "My inquiry letter told the story of Vera in Ventura, California, who tried to get assistance in a post office, only to be completely ignored by other customers and the postal clerk" I was sure she was being tongue-in-cheek.<br /> I mean, that's what's SUPPOSED to happen in a post office or at the Division of Moter Vehicles office, isn't it?<br /> <br /> Reading on I realized she was just some fruitcake. Go figure.
