This article about Noka chocolates that was mentioned on Boing Boing is well worth reading.

Great article isn&#39;t it? Lovely, painstaking research and such a careful demolition. It&#39;d be interesting to know if they survive it.<br />

I was thinking (legal issues aside) that someone should start up a chocolate business named &quot;NotKa&quot; and openly resell Bonnat couverture at far lower prices :)<br />
