I did have to learn the introduction to sweet child of mine to teach my son how to play it - he was dead impressed with the fact that I learned it off the record immediately and was able to show him in the next minute. No, for me, a slow blues in E with a few nice ninth and thirteenth chords (I'm told that's what they are, I just play 'em) does the job
